1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using the Judged app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service Judged is an AI-powered photo judgement app that provides scores, tier ratings, and personalised feedback on photos you submit. Results are generated by AI and are for entertainment purposes only.

3. User Conduct You agree not to submit photos that contain:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit content
  • Content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
  • Graphic violence or gore
  • Content that violates any applicable law

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these rules.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

  • Free users receive a limited number of judgements per day
  • Unlimited judgements are available via a paid subscription
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google and are subject to their respective terms
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Play Store settings
  • We do not offer refunds outside of what Apple or Google provide under their policies

5. AI-Generated Content All scores, feedback, and roast/hype content are generated by AI. They are for entertainment only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind. We are not responsible for how you interpret or act on AI-generated results.

6. Intellectual Property The Judged app, its design, and all original content are owned by Protectors of Animal Cruelty Threats. You retain ownership of any photos you submit. By submitting a photo, you grant us a limited licence to process and display it within the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that results will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
